Welcome to Pyro Business. These terms govern your use of the platform as a registered vendor. Please read them before applying. 1. Eligibility & licensing You confirm that your business is duly licensed to operate in Kuwait and that you are authorised to register it on the platform. You agree to keep your business and contact details accurate and up to date. 2. Lawful use You will use Pyro Business only for the lawful, regulated buying and selling of used goods. You will not use the platform to deal in stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited items, or for any purpose that breaches Kuwaiti law. 3. Customer data & privacy Civil ID and other personal information you collect from your customers will be handled in line with applicable data-protection laws. You will collect only what is needed to issue a valid invoice, keep it secure, and never share it outside the platform except where the law requires. 4. Genuine transactions Every invoice you issue through the platform must reflect a real transaction between you and your customer. Fabricated, duplicated, or misleading invoices are not allowed. 5. Stolen-goods registry Where available, you agree to check items against the platform's stolen-items registry and to report any item you reasonably believe to be stolen. Pyro may share flagged-item information across the network to protect buyers and sellers. 6. Subscription & fees Access to the platform may require a subscription. The fee, billing cycle, and refund policy are shown to you before your account is activated and remain available in your dashboard. 7. Suspension & termination Pyro may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms or applicable law, or that puts the platform, its users, or the public at risk. 8. Changes to these terms Pyro may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available in your dashboard; continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
